In the first round of the Men’s Main Draw the top eight seeded men all progressed safely to the quarterfinals with few alarms.

The top eight men and top eight ladies oppose each other in the Men’s and Ladies quarterfinals respectively which are scheduled for tonight (Thursday) May 6, 2004 at the Barbados Squash Club, Marine Gardens courts, beginning at 5:45 p.m. The Men’s Consolation Plate for the top nine to sixteen seeded players will commence this evening. The Men’s Plate second round will be played tonight as well.
The Men’s and Ladies semi-finals will be played tomorrow night (Friday). All finals are scheduled for Saturday, May 8th, beginning from 1:00 p.m. The last match will be the men’s final, which has been re-scheduled for a 5:00 p.m. start.
Admission to the Barbados Squash Club is free and refreshments are always on sale at the bar there. All spectators are welcome as long as they behave themselves.
